   Section Description:

This section summarizes the community as it exists today, and puts Graham in context within the region and State. It also looks at three critical questions: How much CAN Graham grow? How much SHOULD Graham grow? And how much WILL Graham PROBABLY grow? Lastly, it considers how the local environment might impact development through issues such as topography and flooding.
